Every RYAAROE piece is made with care. We stand behind our craft — and we will always make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
When Returns Are Accepted
- You received the wrong size from what you ordered
- The product has a stitching defect or manufacturing fault
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- All original hand tags must be intact and attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
When Returns Are NOT Accepted
- Hand tags have been removed
- Item has been worn, washed, or altered
- Change of mind or size preference
- Damage caused by improper care (ironing, bleaching)
- Returns raised after 7 days of delivery
How to Raise a Return
Email us at hello@ryaaroe.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 48 hours.
Exchange Process
Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup and ship the correct item at no additional cost. Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size.
