Limited Edition Products

• RYAAROE designs and releases products in limited quantities unless otherwise stated.
• Origin Drop 01 is limited to approximately 4,000 pieces worldwide.
• Once a limited-edition product or collection is sold out, it may not be restocked unless expressly stated otherwise by RYAAROE.
• Due to the limited nature of our collections, replacement sizes or exchanges may not always be available. Where a replacement cannot be provided, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment service provider. Available payment methods may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other payment options supported by Razorpay at the time of checkout. RYAAROE does not store your card, UPI, or bank account details.

Order Acceptance

All orders placed on ryaaroe.com are subject to acceptance by RYAAROE and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit any order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, or product availability. Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be initiated to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Order Cancellation

• Customers may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not been processed for dispatch. Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by RYAAROE.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation requests should be sent to hello@ryaaroe.com as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
• Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• RYAAROE is not responsible for delays arising from such circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
